My name is Lois Callis-Smith and I am the owner, maker and designer of Punto Belle. I set out to create colourful and vibrant accessories that are practical, lightweight and hard wearing. Designed to travel with you on all your adventures, big and small. 

I hand-make all my items in my shop from start to finish using various types of leather including my own illustrated vegan leather. My illustrated vegan leather collection is very special as I design all of the patterns. That's right! All of the patterned leather that I use are my own illustrations, which are professionally printed onto high-quality vegan leather, what's more, all of my designs are exclusive to Punto Belle – you won't see them or be able to buy them anywhere else in the world. Through my illustrations, I express the love that I have for patterns, nature and of course lots and lots of colours!

Art and design have been my lifelong passion since I was a young girl. After graduating from university with a degree in Textile Design in 2010 I knew that I wanted to create a business that focussed on my strengths which were sewing, design and print design.

After working hard for several years, finally, in 2014 I quit my mundane office job to take Punto Belle full time which has led me to fulfil my lifelong dream of being a self-employed artist, which I am so unbelievably thrilled about. I have now sold my work to all corners of the world which is an amazing feeling. I have the most wonderful customers - they always make me smile - and I'm pleased to bring colour and organisation into their travels with my fun and unique accessories. 

I just want to say a huge thank you to all my supporters out there that have allowed my dreams to come true, I love what I do so much and I have never been happier in life.
