    Information I Collect

    Shipping Information

    UK orders: Royal Mail 2nd class. 1st class/special delivery upgrades are available to purchase from the dropdown shipping options at the checkout.

    International orders: Royal Mail standard airmail (no tracking). Tracked shipping upgrades are available to purchase from the dropdown shipping options at the checkout. If you do not upgrade to a tracked shipping service there will be no tracking information.

    It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address. Once the order has been shipped the address cannot be changed. If the order has been shipped to the wrong address the customer must wait for the order to be returned to the seller and pay the shipping fees again to ship the order to the new address.

    Delayed and Lost Orders

    I am doing everything I can to ensure that shipping is as smooth as possible. Delays due to Royal Mail/USPS etc are unfortunate but do happen from time to time. I thank you in advance for your patience and politeness concerning shipping enquiries.

    How to find your estimated delivery date for your order:
    Select the 'your account icon'. Select 'purchases and reviews'. The estimated delivery date will be to the right of your order.

    If your order has not arrived 10 days business day (not including Saturdays or Sundays for international orders) after your estimated delivery date please get in touch.

    Royal Mail Tracking Information

    Please select and upgrade to one of the tracked shipping services at the checkout. If you do not upgrade to tracked shipping your order will be sent with Royal Mail standard which is a non-trackable service and it will not have a tracking number.

    It is important to understand that items shipped via standard shipping will not have a tracking number and I cannot provide updates once it has been accepted by Royal Mail.

    Tracked shipping costs more than double the standard shipping, which is why I do not use it as my standard shipping method and prefer to give my customers the option to pay extra.
